Tuesday 5th April saw over 30 club members cutting and scraping and scrubbing and cleaning and triming and weeding and sorting and moving and dumping and emptying and washing and tidying all around the club. The kitchen was deep-cleaned, the clubhouse tidied, and large amounts of winter vegetation removed from all around the greens. Brian Welfare (assistant green ranger) had organised the maintenance side and members willingly buckled down to all the jobs. Chris Ford (environmental health) and helpers deep cleaned the kitchen area. Tea, coffee and sausage/bacon rolls were provided. Huge thanks are due to everyone who was there...some from as early as 8.00 am and some staying well into the afternoon. Here are some photos of the day.
